Some mornings I wake up very early with a feeling of such concern for this country I care deeply about, can’t wait for the sun to come up  and shine light on everything, to brighten my day.

This morning when I sat down to write, for some strange unknown reason I began thinking, The dismantling of Freedom is similar to making a quilt. Taking one small piece of fabric here and there and piecing them together, carefully, until one has a completed project that covers the whole.

I began thinking about growing up in the Great Depression years of the thirties, when the great Socialist President was Franklin D. Roosevelt, and remembering how my mother created quilts. She was so creative, she would take newspapers and cut out her own patterns to make my school clothes. She would sit at the old pedal machine and sew her patterns together. Any scraps left over were carefully put away until the time came to make quilts. The quilting frames were suspended from the ceiling, and could be raised or lowered.

When enough scraps of material were gathered to piece together on the pedal machine then the quilting frames were lowered, neighbors came and had a quilting party, as they sat around the quilting frames sewing the quilt. Out of scraps of cloth, they pieced together like artwork to create cover for the cold winter months.

It was very interesting, how these bits and pieces of scraps from making clothes were saved, to piece together later to make winter quilts. And out-grown clothes were not discarded but cut into pieces for design of another quilt. There was a purpose and grand design in the manner of living back then. Nothing was destroyed nor discarded, because everything had a purpose, for something else at a later time.
This morning as I listened to news reports and read all the overnight news reports on the internet about about all the activities of political government in Washington, and the intervention into every phase of our lives, and reports about implementation of martial law in the grand scheme of  transformation of this one free nation to a Socialist system of bondage, it suddenly occurred to me it has all come about like the making of a quilt.

We the people have bit by bit, piece by piece, discarded our self-responsibility required by freedom, while political government sat in the wings, watching and taking note of everything, and piece by piece took control, a little at a time, piecing their areas of control together, until they had sufficient control to make a cover to throw over all of us. Now that time has arrived and as the minister of the president told us, “The chickens have come home to roost.”

To most, it’s probably like a peculiar analogy to compare scrap-saving to form a quilt, to the manner in which we have ignored “the eternal vigilance” required to sustain and maintain freedom. We have thrown away and discarded bit by bit, while political government stood in the wings, gathering up lo these past years, until today they have gained enough power to lower their framework, with a completed patchwork of control over the entire country to cover all their bases.

The pattern and outline of how to take over a country as shown in Karl Marx’s Communist Manifesto, is very similar to creation of a quilt. A small scrap of power grab here and there over a period of time until enough is pieced together to lower the frame-work and remove the cover to throw over all of us, to take control.

The scraps of the results of Free-enterprise capitalism has been gathered via taxation, and the power of words via the use of propaganda, have been the surrender of our freedoms, scrap by scrap, bit by bit, over the period of time since President Roosevelt laid out his plan, back there in the thirties of the last century. When the citizenry of this nation was led by him, to believe his scheme was the lead-in to the “promised land.”
I never realized until this morning, how the entire game plan of transformation was similar to quilt-making. It was listening to the news report of the new DOJ head, Loretta Lynch, yesterday, and her plans to investigate the police in Baltimore, that revealed the Federal authorities were taking charge of local police authority. When the federal authorities announced they are taking over investigation of anything local, it means they are taking charge.

In a Republic, which is the type of government our founding fathers left for us, it was designed for the power to rule to be in the hands of the people. But now the situation has evolved into a condition where the Federal authorities now in charge rule over individual freedom, States Rights and everything in between.

While so much of the news is managed to keep attention on what the Clintons are doing, I remind my readers it was President Clinton that enacted NAFTA, the North American trade alliance that destroyed thousands of jobs for the working Americans, back there when he was president. Therefore all that’s taking place today is part and parcel of a pattern of takeover by the Federal government today. In this connection, it is obvious that the Clintons, in conjunction with Obama, are writing the script, pulling the curtain, and running the show. While the majority of Americans are still falling for their scheme of things.

The cry of American revolutionists, “Root, Hog, or Die” falls on deaf ears now-a-days, and the old Southern saying, “One monkey don’t stop no show,” is long since ignored and forgotten, but buying into the Hillary mantra, “We left the White House broke.” As if they are entitled to scam the people, to bankroll themselves into wealth. If they left the White House broke, what did they do with eight years of presidential salary, with no rent nor anything else to pay while eight years holding the reins of power? That which is taking place today defies the common sense of a child!!

American writer Robert Heinlein, said, “OF ALL THE SO-CALLED NATURAL HUMAN RIGHTS THAT HAVE EVER BEEN INVENTED LIBERTY IS LEAST LIKELY TO BE CHEAP AND IS NEVER FREE OF COST.”
There is a price to pay if the people of this nation have any desire to return to the Principles our founding fathers initiated in the formation of this Republic.
