An article I posted on my website in 2009, titled Principles & Value Judgments, The Zero aggression Principle has lately stirred a lot of attention. Many, many comments, mostly very positive, with interest in the subject matter. I think I’ve posted around 50 of the comments and track-backs, actually on the article, issue 212.

I am extremely appreciative of the interest in that particular issue, because I believe it is imperative to understanding of freedom, to understand the difference in Principles and value judgements.
I recently wrote another article on the story of my thesis entrance to Rampart college, which won me a distinguished recognition award, on Principles and Value Judgements. That seems a long time ago, however that which was true back then is still true today.

Today, I received a comment of an entirely different tone about the article which reads as follows, from Clinique adi laval: “I seldom comment, however I did a few searching and wound up here, Principles and value judgements, The Zero Aggression Principle’ {issue 212} and I actually do have a couple questions for you if you don’t mind. Is it just me or does it seem like a few of these comments appear brain dead visitors? And if you are posting on additional online sites I would like to keep up with everything fresh you have to post. Could you make a list of every one of all your communal pages , like your linkedin profile, Face page or Twitter Feed?”

The commentor makes no reference as to whether or not he likes nor dis-likes the article. Makes reference of insults towards other commentors as being, “brain dead visitors.” Then had the unmitigated gall to ask me to take time to report to him any other outlets of my “communal pages.” To top it off his title name was “Clinique.” I can only presume this was advertising “Clinique” on my web-site.

I only respond to a very few of the thousands of comments I receive, however I posted a comment on the right side of my website comment section and here’s what I said: “Clinique Adi Lava & it; who wrote, ‘Is it just me or does it seem like a few of these comments appear like Written by brain dead visitors?’ Because my articles goes to 80 countries, many respondents write in broken English. No, I don’t consider anyone interested in my subject matter enough to respond, to be brain dead. You did not leave your real name and your title of Clinique, smacks of a sneaky way to advertise your wares rather than any sincere interest in the subject matter. There’s nothing in my subject matter which invites anyone to advertise on my website I pay for. What I really think is you and anyone else who presumptuously advertises under the guise of pretense interest owe me an apology,” Anne Cleveland-editor-in Chief.

When I read the comment this afternoon, I had just returned from a long day in Atlanta, all day shopping, quite tired and just about went straight up and turned left. Now I don’t usually react to comments. Certainly not as unfavorably as I did to this one. However the insulting, absence of common courtsey, then the presumption to ask me to write him a list of where I write, was over the top, and I responded.

I write articles on my website almost every day for several reasons. Not the least of which is hopes of reaching someone to stop and think about the glories of freedom in this wonderful country we live in. Because of my love of Freedom and country, coupled with my intense concerns about all that is happening to it, I write because it is carthartic for me to express myself about it. Having received thousands of positive comments from so many readers the past seven years, is very rewarding, and when one reader chooses to write labeling commentors, “brain dead” I cant let that pass with out responding.

I’m reminded of that old southern saying: “All the world is wrong but me & thee and sometimes I have my doubts about thee.”
