Humpty-Dumpty sat on the wall, then Humpty Dumpty had a great fall. It took all the forces of mice and men to put Humpty-Dumpty back together again.

A way of life according to a set of Universal Principles, was carved out as a result of the Revolutionary war. And these Principles were set forth in documents left as a guide for us by those wise founding fathers. Very simple truths to live by, however they have been dismantled and trampled upon by the onslaught of those in positions of political power, a way of life today is hardly recognizable when compared to the founding Principles this nation was founded upon.

Listening to the Republican candidate for President, Mitt Romney, he seems to be the one person on the horizon who understands these founding father Principles and promises to take steps to return this nation back to those immutable truths.

This article is number 770, and all my previous articles are still posted on my website on the internet. I can’t recall the number of times I have reminded my readers we are at war in this country and have been for sometime. It’s a War of Ideas, between bondage and Freedom. In just a few days this nation will be deciding whether or not we continue down the road of destructive Socialism, or stand up and resist the onslaught on personal freedom, private property ownership, get the government off our backs, and return this country to the free-enterprise system it was founded upon.

In these next few days of the final push between the forces of good and evil, that element of destructive forces in power which has so effectively destroyed the American dream and a former way of life, is so desperately pulling out all the stops to use every bit of trickery to stay in power another four years. And those forces of evil, working around the clock, know all the tactics of destructive forces, used repeatedly throughout the history of man-kind, to enslave and rule.

I can’t help but observe one of the strategies they are using so effectively lately, is a tactic right out of the manual of martial arts. Specifically, it’s taking the strengths and energies of the opponent and using them against the person. Which frequently works, but not everytime.

I suspect this is what happened in the first debate. That is, a strategy to allow Romney to go before the American people and reveal in detail his plan of change and recovery, while the President of the United States stood there without responding, until the next day, when he went on a rampage campaign tour, name-calling, condemning, and criticizing his opponent, whom he faced the night before, without rebuttal on stage, face to face.

But this time it has backfired, and the momentum of the American people is turning in favor of Romney, and in opposition to President Obama. Is there enough time and energy to elect Romney as President? I don’t know, I think Obama will be very difficult to defeat.

In this War of Ideas, everyone should read The Art of War by Sun Tzu (edited by James Clavell), who stated, “To fight and conquer in all your battles, is not supreme excellence, supreme excellence consists of breaking the enemy’s resistance without fighting.”

The 2012 Presidential election is just around the corner. And a reminder, this nation is at war and has been for sometime – a war of ideas between good and evil. The stakes are very high, because it’s Freedom or Bondage. This past four years under the regime of Barack Obama, personal freedom has suffered great damage, and there’s nothing in his words or deeds that indicate the future will be any different. Quite the contrary, instead of ruling by Presidential orders, the grapevine has it that the future will be ruling via treaties, if Obama is re-elected.
A reminder that Freedom is self-responsibility and self-control, no more and no less than just that. While you still have a chance, snatch your self-control back out of the hands of a centralized political government. Stand up -speak out, and act in your own best interest, and get out from under this delusion that others will act in your best interest, because they can’t. Those in power act in their best interest, not yours.

Here’s a quote from Lew Rockwell, Chairman of the Ludwig Von Mises Institute: “Anything other than free-enterprise always means a society of compulsion, and lower living standards, and any form of socialism, strictly enforced, means dictatorship and the total State. That this statement is still widely disputed only illustrates the degree to which malignant fantasy can capture the imagination of intellectuals.”

  1. Aaron says:

Romney talks a good talk, but his history says he won’t walk the walk. Neither candidate has proposed anything even remotely resembling an economic plan that would get our nation out of its pending doom. Romney’s plan is to cut taxes (I’m fine with that) but INCREASE spending by another $2 trillion. He claims he will save plenty of money, but is very vague on how, exactly, he will do that saving. Obama, on the other hand, plans to basically continue with the status quo, except he’ll continue to go after “rich people” for their “fair share.”

Neither one said anything about ending any wars. Neither one said anything about substantially reducing the military’s budget or pulling our troops out of any foreign lands in any substantial numbers.

In short, both Romney and Obama plan to basically continue business as usual until the economic collapse has come to fruition.
